What rights should biological parents or parents have when they have been convicted of a sex offense?

When they are sent to prison they shouldn't be sent to a speical prison as they would get beaten up by the other inmates, they should just be sent to a normal prison. And if they are attacked then their fault.

But still what do you guys think if the parent had it done to them when they were children and have grown up not knowing better?

Thats too bad for them than, but I'd rather be safe than sorry, whats worse, one parent out of the childs life or both parents in the childs life and the child being abused? I say the sex offender parent being out of their life is better.

It depends, if they had sex with a 17 year old who was fully developed and that 17 year old lied about their age to that person. Well I dont think that makes them a bad parent and that doesnt mean that they are going to molest their own children.

Depends on the circumstances because sex offences here can cover a variety of things including streaking and urinating in public. If someone is convicted of molesting a child then yes, the child should be removed.
