First Impressions - (Out of 20)
Basing this portion off the main page of the forum; i DO like the banner, even though i don't know what it is, or represents. You really should widen the width, and maybe add the forum description in under the forum title in the image.
The skin is really good looking based on the colors chosen for your banner; i like blue on grey. Just need to widen the banner, if you chose so, to fit the width of the rest of the forum.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Ok, this is pretty much where i get lost in the forum. Alot of Boards aren't organized in thr ight categories, and some Boards seem kinda like there's only a few interests to contribute to certain parts of the forum ( with just the off topic board being that.)
It really seems your forum members are Xbox fans, based on the Halo Board .. and actibe GoW2 topic. I really don't understand why there is 1 gaming board ... then a Board entirely made for Halo?
Then there's the machinima Areas. Where you have the "Machinima" Categpry, don't you think the Machinima Board under Halo would fit better there? Organize those "like" Boards togther.
For me, i would scratch the gamimng Board ... move Halo into the Events board with the other game match set-ups, and put the general gaming board in the community section; until you get motre Boards, for different gaming systems, if you chose to.
I also think your suggestion/feedback belongs closer to the top of the forum, within the first category.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
Member to post ratio is very low. 60/261 ... that's an average of 4 posts per member. Something must be going on that i'm unaware of. There really needs to be something added to warrant more discussion. Honestly, while i was reading topics, it feels more like friends hanging out amongst themselves, than a whole community being invited in.
Encourage your staff to be more welcoming, and accept ANY new member. Read each new post, and reply, with delight that they're there, taking there time to post on your forum. New members really look for that, when deciding if they like the community or not.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I've seen 3 moderators on in my last 24 hours, which is fair, compared to the active members i've seen. Just make sure they treat your forum, as if it were theirs, and get involved with the community.

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
Nothing too much to complain about there. I actually think i made more spelling errors myself as a member, than you have across the entire board. Just try and write more descriptive board descriptions, and make some clever titles for each category, that represents everything in general within that section.

Final Remarks:
Remember, I'm trying to help when i make suggestions, they're just my own opinion. You may like the Board set-ups, but i'm being honest ... it was very hard to find my way around, and understand exactly what the forum was really about. If things are better organized, and put together; it'll be much easier to navigate, and realize what each section is REALLY for.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
HomerSPC is a cool Admin; and helped me feel really welcomed upon my arroval. The sleek, stylish skin.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
I won't go into detail, but a MOD didn't like the posts i was making, and kinda would look for only errors in my post ... which isn't what staff is for, it's to welcome, and help new members feel comfortable there.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I have joined, but it will take these changes; and some added topics for mor eopen discussion. i have a xbox 360, just not a huge FPS online player at the moment.

Thank you for submitting. I hope these suggestions help you, and you take some of them into consideration.
And could you please rate me, some members don't take that seriously. It's the "Rate your Reviewer" topic in the reviews Board.
thanx, and all the Best to you and your community!
