So should any forum to be honest, you can still have services on a music forum, movie, tech forum, etc. Also as a promotion forum you do not promote as much, but on another forum you tend to promote even more, what I have learned. Also making a promotion forum is easy, and if you go to make a music forum you have to think your ideas through.

How so? Why does one general forum fail and one promotion forum doesn't? Or why does one technology forum fail and a social forum doesn't? Plus, you would have to have experienced every genre of forum before you could make such a remark.

To be honest General-Forums take longer to promote as with Forums Promotion.

It doesn't take as much to promote it.
