First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)

Your theme doesn't look bad, but I do have an issue with it. I think that the color scheme is overused. It seems that every other forum I see uses the same color scheme as your site. It is a good color scheme, I suppose, but I think that if you want to stand out more, you should use a different color scheme. The background images and cell pictures on your site are also really overused. I see the exact same pattern all the time. I could discuss other things about your theme, but here's the bottom line: it looks nice, but you could use a boost in your uniqueness. I'm also not a huge fan of your banner. I think that the title of your site should stand out a little more than it does now.

On the activity side, your forum appears inactive. It appears inactive because you've got a small amount of posts and members, and you've got two empty forums. You need to do some post exchanges to boost your statistics (making your site look less inactive to prospective members), and you need to fill up the empty forums with topics and replies.

Overall, my first impression was neutral.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)

I'm really not a big fan of your forum's layout. Your forum's layout seems redundant, and you're underusing a very valuable resource: subforums. I would actually recommend having two or three categories to start. Place all your discussion forums in one category, and make the forums broad. Then, use sub-forums to further organize. For example, you could have "Entertainment," and then make all your entertainment forums sub-forums. That would also make your forum appear more active by "squeezing" your posts together. You have some redundant forums, too. It seems a bit excessive to have a forum for problems and a different forum for feedback. You should combine those into one problems/feedback forum. You should also not have categories with less than three or four forums if you ask me; it just looks odd. I also don't think you need a forum just for events until your forum grows and you're having a ton of them. For now, you can announce events in your news forum.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)

According to my calculations, your forum currently receives around fifteen posts per day, and you have about fourteen posts for each of your fifty-three members. These statistics could really use some improvement. I would recommend focusing first on improving your forum's uniqueness, layout, et cetera. After you've done that, start advertising your forum. Since you've got a general discussion forum, it's time to jump all over general discussion forums and make a few posts on them wearing your site's signature banner. Some general discussion forums also allow advertisements. This may be beneficial for your forum. As always, you are welcome to use FP's services for advertisement, and you can look around the forum for tips on promotion and search engine optimization. If you have a lot of loyal members who would be willing to vote, then you could also submit yourself to some topsite lists, I suppose. Just step up your advertising.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)

If I can count, you've currently employed three administrators and one moderator. That is more than enough for your forum, and I definitely wouldn't recommend hiring any more for a long time. However, one of your staff members is very inactive, and two of them are barely active. You should encourage your staff members to post more so that there will be more content for new users to discuss. Your staff members do welcome new users quite actively, though. Just have a chat with your staff members about activity.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)

Some of your descriptions are good, but some of them could use improvement. You've got some grammar mistakes (incomplete sentences), so you may want to fix those. You can never use ellipses ("...") to transition to another sentence. Make sure that all of your descriptions are at least a sentence or two long, and make sure they thoroughly describe your forums and sell your site to new users.

Total Score - 58 (Out of 100)

Final Remarks: I would call this a decent start, but you're not quite in the home stretch yet. I would recommend fixing the issues on the forum itself before trying to advertise more.

Strong Points:
Your forum has a sufficient amount of staff members.

Improvements to Make:
Your forum could use some more uniqueness in its theme. As a general discussion forum, there's not much room for uniqueness in content; most of the uniqueness on a general discussion forum comes from the community itself, so you'll need to build a community before your forum becomes unique in that regard. You also need to work on your layout, activity, and descriptions.
