I am thinking of adding a virtual shop on my forum,

What is the max number of items alowed to
be added?

Is it worth adding? And would anyone here add it, Thanks and how
would you add it,

Well of course, go ahead and add it. I believe you would have to add a cash system though if you are selling virtual items. Unless your planning for the members to pay real cash for a name change 😛

Anyways, I do not think there is a limit on how many items you can add to the shop. (I may be wrong)

I am not 100% sure how to add the shop, I use to use Myfreeforum and only 20 items could be added lol,

I have a virtual cash mod added. I have set it so people only earn 0.50 for a reply in off-topic, trying to make top gear section more active.

An easy way to add a mod is using the AutoMOD. All you need to do to install the AutoMOD is follow the instructions that you get once downloading the file. Once you have that installed, download a FTP Client, log into an FTP account and upload the folder of the mod into the AutoMOD folder. From there, you go to your ACP and install the mod which takes a few seconds to do.

to add it, as not sure about the shop mod on phpbb. How long would it take to add?

It shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes to add AutoMOD. Then it will take about 5 minutes to add the Shop mod, maybe less.
