Should I have forum cash on my forum?

When my host switches over I'm adding a whole load of new plugins to make my gaming forum better, but should I install NewPoints? Can you think of any good reasons to have forum cash on LevelUnlocked?

Definitely. I suggest opening up a shop with forum related prizes and open a Forum Cash exchange forum. Also, you can use it whenever you do contests, such as bidding.

That is the purpose of this thread, SpeakWhatsReal, to look for ideas what to use the cash for. ^^;

I personally like forum cash option, though I'm not good thinking what it can be used for, especially for a gaming forum. In forums I've been to with forum cash option enabled, we used it to send gifts to other members or to buy features such as different user name color, effects on user name colors, and so on. It depends on the community, I guess. As far as I know adding forum cash option and the shop altogether if you want to is a lot of work, so consider it carefully before adding them. You can ask the community of your forum as well to see what they want to use forum cash for.

Buy some new games.
Let users buy them with points or start competition with points as a measure of how good someone is doing.

Also-
Let users donate points to each other so they can buy gaming services from each other. Perhaps they want to send some gold in a RPG or maybe they suck and need someone to pass them through a level or quest.
