I've been thinking about taking AspieMania down and starting a whole new forum that I hope would generate more traffic than my current one. What do you guys think, should I close AspieMania and start my new forum (when ready) or keep the current forum?
Please give me your honest opinion.

(P.S. I don't mind closing AspieMania in favor of my new forum. I gather from my recent changes you can guess what it's going to be about. I found a like forum I may be able to get "some" traffic from.)
To be brief, if i were in your situation i'd close it down. It sounds harsh but unless you can find other members with asperger's syndrome i'm afraid there's not much point in carrying on. Nowadays a vast amount of people don't care about anything except themselves, which is probably why your forum has been inactive to say the least.
I think it would be good for you to start a fresh forum. Something completely new and different to everyone here. We're tired of seeing Promotion Forums, Gaming / Clan Forums and Family Guy forums. We need something to spice things up a bit, now's your chance ~smile~
Thanks Christian. Great Feedback. The only thing is the new forum will have the same skin that I'm using now for my current forum, because I paid $34.99 for it so I might as well use it.
It's going to be on the show 'Avatar - The Last Airbender'. I found other sites that discuss this and gets quite a bit of traffic so I was hoping I could at least affiliate with these sites once I get the forum up and running. I just purchased the domain today (avatarff.net). If done 'right' I really do believe that I could get more 'traffic' and 'registrations' than the old forum. Also one of the forums I found on Avatar seems to be really strict, and I want to make a forum that can be more relaxed and laid back a bit. For example, they don't allow youtube and other video stuff on their forum. Me, I don't see a problem with showing of youtube vidoes as long as they are appropriate.
That sounds a good idea. What type of forums are you using. I dont know about free forums but i think owning your own one. Setting up via ftp is alot better.
Yep. I got my new forum up and removed the old one. I have my own hosting account with Cirtex so I have it set through them. I'm using vbulletin for the forum.
