Some forums are about female topics such as pregnancy, beauty, make up, menopause, etc. Should men be allowed on these types of forums? If so, would you allow them to post in any forum or just on a specific subforum? For instance, maybe on a pregnancy forum, there could be a 'new dads' subforum where dads to be could discuss the experience of becoming a father. What's your thoughts on this?

It all depends on how the forum owner feels about it and wants the forum to go. If they want a community of females, then allowing a few males in for sub-forums can cause drama. Things that women may feel only comfortable talking to other women won't be discussed because of the known evidence of men lurking the board.
