I would say no because as mentioned it had gotten worse. In addition to that, their themes aren't as good as ipb, that is, in my opinion.

VB has a better cash mod, chess mod, arcade, and other stuff.

I personally think you can go way more advanced with the cash mod in IP.Board, and why would you want a chess mod (I have no clue to what your forum relates to so I am assuming it is not chess), I am sure you can create your own arcade and add games to it, if you want to convert - don't, vB is downhill and getting steeper, if you do convert I advise you go with XenForo.

The only arcade mod is a beta, the current cash mod sucks, and we would have an integrated blog.
