Should non-binary genders be recognized?

I don't hold it against anyone or judge someone who is a homosexual.

They didn't choose to be that way no more than you or I being heterosexual.

I am attracted to women and have been as long as I can remember, as I imagine that is the same for them when it comes to the same sex.
