I think it should be legal. Personally, I don't see any issue with any of it. 'Straight' folk are allowed to live in peace with who they love. Who says 'Gay' folk can't do the same? Who is anyone to judge? I have a few gay friends, and I am not bothered by it. Whatsoever. Why would I put someone down over them choosing to be happy. I think whatever makes someone happy, they should have the right to do so. In certain scenarios obviously. particularly related to this subject. At the end of the day, stop worrying about everyone else. Live your life. Be happy for you. Don't judge others.

Well is it already legalized in the United states since around June I believe? The debate now should be "Should everyone stop discriminating against same-sex marriage?" I believe this is the most idiotic reason to discriminate because the outcome is to produce a union of two couples for love and support for one another. Honestly, it I really hate how people could produce so much hatred toward something so loving and beautiful in society. Yet, many people encourage and support racism and discriminate people is so ironic that makes the freedom of speech so corrupted. Our founding father should have named the "Freedom of Speech" to "Think before you speak freedom of Speech". Sadly, I can predict the ignorant people stating "Well, I thought about my racism and discriminating thought are right no matter what so I can speak my mind." No one will win, but only if we can follow the golden rule of Treat others like we want to be treated. If as a whole in society we can have peace and true equality.

Why not? If opposite sex marriage is legal, ss marriage should stay and be legal. Stop being so involved in someone else's life.

You don't force your 'retarded' beliefs on someone else. I don't care what you, or anybody else thinks is a 'sin'.

It would really be a problem if opposite sex marriage was illegal, or could get you in jail, or get you a death sentence. Right?

I'm not sure if the Bible specifically says to ban gay marriage or not - but it is opposed to homosexuality. Anyway, though, even saying you're opposed to gay marriage or homosexuality, but not going to extremes, has marked people for dead in the US. I mean, Chick-Fil-a allows gay customers and workers, but it just simply has a company policy saying they don't like gay marriage and homosexuality (as consistent with their mainstream fundamentalist beliefs)!
