I saw a thing where people were suing because children were harmed from social media. However, come on, are people that dependent on it? Of course, you can always avoid social media and also computers.

I think we live in a world that is lawsuit happy. People are suing for the dumbest reasons imaginable. Some people make a career out of suing other people and they live off the money they get instead of working a real job. It's too easy to sue these days.

Regarding the U.S. I feel like it's becoming a place where the citizens themselves are robbing eachother of their freedoms with lawsuits.

And because of that I feel like we're headed towards an Authoritarian government because people get obsessed with who's doing what rather than focusing on themselves.

People are developing an Imaginary High Moral code that they think should apply to everyone but themselves. Hypocrisy is a major problem. So many people have adopted this "do as I say, not as I do" and that is a load of crap. Hypocrisy is immoral.

So in doing so, more laws are being put into place. More laws means less freedoms to law abiding citizens. There should be limitations and restrictions on submitting Lawsuits.

That's true. And its only getting worse.

That's the "Get Woke, Go Broke." Crowd. Judges are either "entertaining" these lawsuits, or rejecting (dismissing) these frivolous lawsuits.

These people are known as "Karens" who get easily offended. It's "Woke" as in "woe is me, bend to my will or ideology or I bring pitchforks."

But, no... not everything should be a lawsuit.

How these lawsuits go forward? Politics. Look at the judge's politics, or the county's politics. For example there was a lawsuit by a Democrat who is a YouTuber. This lawsuit is about being on the ballot with a nickname and/or trademark. California Judge ruled in favor in Gavin Newsom's favor. He was being recalled that year. So MeetKevin couldn't win the ballot. Let alone be on the ballot.

That's despite Kevin's argument that there was previously a person who went on a ballot with a trademarked nickname.

Why? Because MeetKevin, while a Democrat, identified himself as the moderate Democrat. Not the "one party" marxist Democrat that is currently in power in California. You can't be a republican in California. Schwarzengger won only by popular vote, but the party always had gridlocks with the "one party" Democrats in California.

Don't think it doesn't happen in other Democrat-run states.

Another example is those District Attorneys in Democrat strongholds? George Soros. And this isn't Conspiracy Theory anymore. He doubled down and said IN PUBLIC... HE'S NOT GOING TO STOP.

A lot is motivated by "easy money". Anyway, people need to get over a lot of stuff, but really I think only a certain spiritual "change of heart" could do it - the right way.
