Ok so i am looking for a good shout box HTML to go in my forums portal can some one help me????

A Shoutbox is NOT complete HTML. The embed codes are. 😉

Anyway, Shoutmix is a good free one. If you can manipulate the directories of your site though (as in, it's not a free forum host), I honestly recommend finding a Shoutbox mod or plugin. The free ones come with some downsides.
