Show blog posts under /blog

I have an issue on JD.pe.
The main WordPress site is a static page, and the posts don't show unless I set the homepage as a post page.
Right now, I am using a link on the menu to my author page to show the posts, but it looks a little messy as it shows my author info etc.
Is there a way I can make all my blog posts go to jd.pe/blog?

Create your /blog page, and then go to Themes > Customize (on your default theme). On the last setting on the sidebar, select the /blog page to show your blog posts and select another page to be your home page.

I was having some issues with it but I worked it out for myself, but thanks for sharing this for others 🙂
