Show forum name before website name

Is there a way I can make the name of the actual forum show before the name of the website?

In the page title/tabs. For example, this page says "Show forum name before website name • Forum Promotion - Free Forum Promotion, Forum Advertising, Website Promotion" whereas my site has the site name first.

Show forum name before Title?
In that case, I think it will be small edit in the template where the website titles are being generated and shown.!
