Do you let members see their own warn level or do you keep it private (staff only)? Do you let them see the logs (the reasons behind their warn level) too?

Additionally, what do you think about showing warn levels to the entire community? Like, where any member could see how many warnings another member had (but not necessarily the reason for those warnings). Believe it or not, I have seen this done before.

I allow members to see a member's warning level, but not the reason.
You allow all member's to see others' warn levels or just their own?

All members can see other members warning levels and reasons. Additionally, everyone (guests included) one can see why a banned member is banned by visiting their profile or looking at their signature. This hasn't caused any issues thus far.

I also allow users to see the ban reasons.

All members on my forum can see warnings and ban reasons. I can see why some people would want it private to only themselves though
