You have 95 members registered on your forums which is a good amount of members considering your forums have been online for just under 3 months. To gain more registered users you should take part in the registration exchange as that will get you more members registered on your forums.

You have 25 active members with 10 or more posts which is ok but I would of expected a lot more active members. I think you need to offer your inactive members a reason to stick around as they seem to get their graphic requests completed and then they don’t come back apart from a small minority of people, to gain more active members you should;
• Add new content daily or weekly
• Offer a new service to your members
• Keep your members interested maybe offer a contest or something
• Promote your site on lots of promotional forums
You should also take advantage of the following services on Forum Promotion to to get your forum more active;

You have currently 1144 posts which I think is quite poor for a forum that has been open for almost 3 months.
To increase your post count on your forums I would suggest looking into the following services at Forum Promotion;
• Package Forum
• Post Exchange
• Adding new content to your forums
• Adding monthly contests and giving away small prizes
• Emailing all your members telling them what is happening with your site
If you do the above then this will get more posts on your forums and will increase your activity on the forums.
Appearance (First Impressions): (3/20)
I think you shouldn’t have the two side bars on your forums index page as you have a portal already so I don’t think it is needed.
The banner that advertises the banner contest is way too big and because of the size of the forums and having side panels it put a scroll bar at the bottom which I think looks really bad.
Changing the current imageset would be a good idea as it doesn’t match the style you currently have in my opinion and they belong to Forum Promotion. I am not sure why you put them on your site as tey look out of place.
Layout: (8/20)
I think your layout is ok but I would add more indepth forum descriptions as they are currently very basic and don’t give a lot of information about what each forum is.
I have noticed that your site is mainly a graphics forum but you have promotional services aswell and not sure why they are there it just seems you are trying to achieve.
Moderation: (6/10)
You have currently 6 staff members broken down into 2 admins, 2 moderators and 2 design staff, I think if you have 2 admins then you don’t need two Moderators aswell as there is not a lot of active members and posts to moderate and you can get away without having any moderators for the moment until fr your forums get more active.
I think your forums are well moderated but that isn’t hard for the amount of posts and staff members you have.
Activity: (2/10)
I think your activity is below average for a forum that has been up for 3 months as some of the time I was on your forum I was the only member on there and when people did come online they didn’t make any posts when they came online which I thought was quite weird. To improve activity you need to make new threads and adding new content daily to get people to post and come on your forums to see what is going on.
Spelling and Grammar (10/10)
I browsed through a few of the threads on the forum and noticed that the spelling and grammar is quite good from the staff members and the forum users, which I think is quite an achievement for your forum, keep it up.
Overall Mark: (43/100)
I have given your foruma mark of 43% as ithink there is quite a lot of things your forum needs to improve on, if you implement some of the suggestions I have outlined in my review then I would expect your forum to get a much higher mark the next time you submit your forum for a review.
