Description]Sig City is a community in which members can learn about various programs such as Photoshop and GIMP. Members can show off graphics or sigs in the show off section. Eventually the site will be hosting Sig Battles. Right now we are new, and thus have little members. Spots are open for Advice Support and Sig Crew. SignUp today! not bad, I am not a big fan of that skin. I would also try to fill up those empty forums, so people think it is active.
