There is a healthy number of members for a board just starting out. 117 is really good.

4 people were online and I see a bunch of posts in each forum. I like that people are actively discussing things.

Alot of people tend to respond to topics instead of starting topics. I would encourage people to start topics themselves.
Appearance (first impressions):
It's an nice skin that is easy on the eyes. There's nothing more to say. I think a new banner would spice things up.
Layout:
The forum links and the sub forum links should be a different color. People can mistaken the subforums to be the actual forum link. From a usability standpoint you will want to differentiate them better than just these tags: [ ]
Moderation:
I don't see any problems here.
Activity:
The activity could be better but I like where you guys are heading. Start a contest and encourage users to post topics that relate to your forum.
