Since you just reopened most of them would be from before, which is a good amount (I'm not going to give an average for this one as I don't really know how long you been closed for).
Number Of Active Members: About 120 I think
I did that on how many had a post count above about 15. But I expect this number to go down soon since some members might not of know you have reopened the forum (that is only if you haven't told them yet).

You do have lots of posts on your forum which most of them were forum before you reopened. So you have less post each day.
Appearance (First Impressions): 8/10
I giving you this as I think there is a bit too much blue on your forum. Since all of it is nearly blue (of some kind) it makes it hard to read some things. Then you got the header at the top which takes up the whole width and seen a bit out of place for me. Although overall it dose seen to fit into each other very good so well done. Also I like the buttons at the top you placed.

You have a good layout on your forum which I like it. You mange to give detailed descriptions of each section which most forum don't do. You spit the forums up and put them under good categories.
Moderation: 9/10
As you have quite a lot of posts on your forum it must be hard for just the 2 admins to keep up with all the posts you get on the forum. I think it would be best to have people who mod on section so that there is less work for you and the other admin to do on the forum.
