Pros:
I have to give it to you for the professional banner, I love it and it is very sleek. Also second time I have said this today but nice to see a forum hosted on IP.Board and shows that you should or are really contributing and making an effort to your board. Also looking at your statistics on the forum are amazing considering 1000 members and more have made a whopping 580,000 post's and shows it is a community more than all about post exchanges although promoting for members could be worked on. Your theme is pretty impressive graphic wise such as category bar graphic, forum posting icons and this one for all. Banner changes at every forum you view - just amazing and thoughtful of the person who had the time to do this. Also nice to see you have some social features such as Twitter, Facebook and MySpace.
Cons:
You definitely need to start expanding to Soccer, Rugby, Golf, Swimming, Boxing for more discussion to take place as it is transfer season for football and rugby, the golf open has just started, Olympics and common wealth games will be taking place for swimming, boxing pre-season has started. Theres so much more to discuss with all the leagues and English football, Spanish football, Rugby world cup, boxing training seasons with UFC fighters and much more. Honestly statistics weren't impressive and they have made you lose most marks for your review as out of 500,000 posts and 1000 members only 45 users are mostly active. You need to get out there more and show the world although it brings in more casual members that are gonna explode with idea's and complaints so be prepared for the worst.
Final/General Thoughts: Good graphic wise forum with booming posting stats.
