I've had a look and it seems that you might have some sort of double entry in your includes file, it is clearly a MOD that is causing the problem. What did you do just before this started to happen?

Could it be the 'Thanks' mod? There was error with it before, The is the latest mod added.

Well it probably is that, it depends what you did to your forum, you may have added an include twice or something, but my guess is that, the Thanks Mod is the cause of your error.
 
I did not add the mod,

But a few people have said it could be the thanks mod,
What should I do?

Try unistalling the mod (doing the code edits backwords) and then see if it fixes the issue. Make sure you back up the files first!!!!

If it does fix it then you know what the issue is and if it doesn't then upload the back up files again and it will restore all the file edits again and the mod will be working again.
