What is everyone's thoughts of him? I really love him. He is brutally honest with people and tells it how it is. He isn't afraid of hurting people's feelings, which I love. He is brilliant at what he does, he is great at spotting talent and he is a trier. He doesn't give up on anything, he never takes NO for answer, he will do anything to get what he wants, which I admire.

He is. Watched a few interviews with him and outside of the shows, he is a nice genuine guy
He seems alright. Gordon Ramsay is too.

Yes, he seems to mellowed down since he's become a father. He said for years he didn't want to have kids.
Yup. I think Cowell has become a lot less arrogant as he's aged.
Yeah, plus he has had a kid as well.
