Simple Desktop Background

Hey guys! So I'm looking for someone to make a similar desktop background, similar to this one: http://i.imgur.com/PMcxrNX.jpg

I'm looking for just the same thing, with just the overlay, logo in the bottom right, and the blue background, just using my logo, which, obviously would need to be turned to all white. I'm not the best for Photoshop, so I'm not sure if this would be an easy request or not. Here is the logo I'd like to use: https://chat1.mylivechat.com/Customizat ... neLogo.png

It would be great to have the "V" symbol in the background as an overlay, and the entire logo transformed to a white color, if at all possible. I'll pay more FP if it turns into a difficult task.

Looks great! Do you mind positioning the overlay, just so I can see what it would look like? If not, that's not a problem. I've attached a photo explaining kind of where I would like it (Yes, the cut-off is intentional)

It'd also be great to scale both the images a little bit, kind of like the other attachment. I'll just pay you for the PSD if you'd like to go that route. 😛
