No its not.. I have a secret way I just need to know what folder..

It is not as simple as just uploading it. There is alot of edits to phpBB core files and templates aswell and just uploading the files that come with the download. If you open the install.xml file in your browser, that will have all the edits you need to do.

OK and what is the mod for the prefixs?

Just apload it to the forum directory eg. puplic_html/forum if your forum is /forum or public_html if your forum is just yourname.com.
Upload it.

If your using Automod,
Upload it through Automod, then if you get a bug, go to phpAdmin, click on mysql, then on Automod it should say the bug, eg "user_tyr" look for that, delete it, or replace it.

Then if your using a different theme than subsilver, or prosilver, click on Automod, click detail on Ultimate points, then At the bottom, it will say like change mod from Prosilver or Subsilver,to the theme you want it to change to, click ok.
If you got a bug, its something to do with the template, which can be fixed in the cpanel, root: public_html/styles/yourstyle/template/
