Simple Webdesign

It looks really good. You should make an area for content!
 
To be honest I am not sure if I would pay for that. It is not a full design.

and it is fully designed, it's for a simple personal type of website, not a large scale community site. it could be coded simple as a portfolio, and any content could replace the panda image 😛
 
Man that's great work. You have good talent. And also your signature is amazing. I would like to see some of your other works. Do you have some portfolio site or sth?

You need to fix a few things. The sub-navigation (Community, About, Contact) is of different heights; the glow around the corners is a tad too strong or around the border is not enough, so now it almost appears to be two dots; the design feels dull - it may be your idea, but I think you should remove some opacity from the image, or lighten the background - it feels a tad monotonous. Because its web design, you should have it at least 1280 wide, as per the majority of web users have that resolution. Although it doesn't impede on the design, it removes the white space of the computer screen for most computers.

It's a good concept, but it's not a great execution. Don't take this the wrong way, but there are some things which require a little more attention to detail.
