I am just looking for a very simple template I can use http://TheImageHost.net. You can see what's on it now which is what it will need to fit, nothing crazy at all.

The network part will go into the footer or if it's kept in the main part I want it to not stand out in comparison to the uploader.

I put in capitals "NO CODING REQUIRED". I can do all that myself. I just need the image, preferably cut up.

I like it as a start, Kavin. The uploader feels rather big though. The "image uploader" text isn't my favorite either. Thank you for putting in an attempt.

You can use a different font for "Image uploader" during coding. Its just a temporary one.
And the uploader size can be easily reduced. I can do it if you wish.
Just though if it was made more smaller, the other places around it will look empty.

Hmm, it looks nice. Maybe a few small edits here and there would be good. I like the overall look but I don't think that actual set out of different things works as well. Thank you for putting in an attempt.
