Website Design
Upon first entering Simplix, I was blown away by the design and creativity of the website. It felt like I was looking into a company website. The design was so creative and the color scheme was very well done to make the theme stand out. After looking around the site for a little while, I really liked seeing the consistent color scheme and just how you have it all set up. Looking at the banner, it is a very creative banner and it works perfectly due to it being a transparent background banner, meaning it can work on any sort of background. One of the best features of your site design would have to be the icons & images you used under the slider and the images you have used on the package tables. They are very unique and I haven't seen those be used on a hosting site before. It really stands out to the audience when they are scrolling around the site to look around and get used to it. But overall, I would have to say that your site design was your biggest strength of all. So let's move onto the 2nd strength of your site.
Site Support
This may seem like a strange topic to be a strength of a site but seeing as how your site is a hosting site and you offer hosting to your clients, this seems to fit. I noticed that in the navigation, one of your pages is titled "Support", and after visiting this page you have a large section for members to get information from the FAQ. Allowing them to search the knowledgeboard and find an answer that they may need. After looking around a bit more, I noticed that in the bottom left corner of my page, you have a "Live Chat" button that when it is clicked, a little window will pop up to have a live chat with a staff to help get fast and efficient support. Looking at that, not every hosting site has this sort of thing but seeing it being used on your site really stood out to me. It shows that you are making a constant effort to provide the support to your customers if they need it and you make sure that there are multiple ways for them to get that support. Overall, you have done a great job making getting support & finding information very easy for your clients and future clients. Keep it up! Now, let's move onto the weaknesses of your website.
Weaknesses:
To be honest, after looking at Simplix, I could not find any true weaknesses. The site seems to be doing very well and you have done a fantastic job working on it. There really isn't anything that I feel is really bringing your site down at the moment. Due to the fact that you do not have a statistics page, there isn't a way for me to judge the statistics of your site but seeing as how you are a hosting website, statistics don't matter much as there isn't a community associated with the website. Overall, Simplix is a wonderful site and after spending the time reviewing it, I can see why it is very popular and highly recommended. All I would have to say is keep it up and never give up! So let's wrap up this review by looking at my final remarks.
Final Remarks:
Simplix was a wonderful site to get to review. The design really stood out to me and really grabbed my attention. Seeing the well organized layout was just another thing that makes Simplix so amazing. You have all the basic requirements people look for in a hosting website but let alone from that, you have your own personal touch to make Simplix stand out among the rest.
