What are some honorable ways to keep 10 or more people on your forum at the same time?

The obvious one is to just have a giant forum 😛

Another one could just be having a posting contest on a particular day so everyone would want to log on on the same day (and probably time as well).

If you're comfortable giving away $5-10 away, then yes. However, it might encourage people to spam in order to win, so keep an eye on their posts to ensure quality.

I believe giving away items related to your forum niche to the member of the month/week would be a good incentive.
