Single forum vs multiple

Do you think that single forum is better than multiple sub-forums

I am using single

I guess it depends.

Personally I like to see a more organized structure (which would be multiple sub-forums).

You need to find the right balance of subforums for your site. If you have many new posts daily, you may be able to diversify by having multiple subforums on the same site. But if you get only a few new posts daily, all those subforums will never get updated and the site will quickly start to look inactive. In that situation, you could consolidate most of your subforums into one catch all niche subforum (such as covering your forum's main theme, such as SEO, health, etc) and then maybe have one or two other subforums for variety for general chat and announcements.
