This image should be 100% custom made. I would like a humanoid dragon-like creature with blades coming off the sides of its arms. Make it has tons of muscles, and give it a trident-like shape at the top of its head. This dragon should look really evil (don't worry, it won't be used for evil purposes). The eyes should be blue, and also make a few blue designs to make this dragon look epic.

This is one of the hardest requests. This would require you to pay for this as we would have to first draw this out then import it into Photoshop and edit it.

Yeh you're not going to get this done without quite a big payment.

I'd expect around £20 at least for this.

i went to a chatroom and right away someone said they'd be willing to do this for free

if, by some wierd chance, someone changes their mind and gives this a try, go ahead and try if ya want.

The reason people would usually expect a lot for this is because it takes a long time to do.

I charge around £5 an hour. It would take an hour and a half just to get the drawing right. Then to go over in pen, scan it in, and adjust it on Photoshop would take another hour. Then vectoring it would take around an hour and a half.
