Site Suggestion?

So, I've recently looked around and no one really likes my forums and site.
So, anyone have any ideas to improve likability? (Besides a better theme and template)

Off the top of my head- you have too many forums that are empty. Consolidate your forums. Then, as demand increases, re-add forums to help separate discussion.

Until then, you want to condense your conversations into as few places as possible. Also, consider switching to a light skin as your main- it's more inviting.
