Site Value?

Any site value calculator is inaccurate. You can only really get the value from a live person when they review your site.

Not even this is true or accurate. The site's value is dependent on who would want to buy the site. If no one genuinely wants to buy it (or has not shares if it's part of a company) then how can you put a figure to something which no one wants? Unfortunately, those site evaluators are grossly overestimating the value, if one can be put.
 
These type of thing is always inaccurate,just like those love meters =w=
 
I tried another one and it said around $300, that's a big difference!
 
For a good laugh you could put some famous website urls in there, like ebay.com and apple.com. The results are laughable, and wildly all over the place.
 
Really depends on a buyer's perspective on how much your site is worth.
 
Site value sites are such a joke lol... guess it could work for ripping off stupid people buy linking them to one of them and saying they're getting a 95% discount LMAO
