haha... 11,000 dollars no way. I just checked on another site and it said 10 dollars.

Personally I don't believe those valuations, I feel that they make them artificially high so that people will tell others about highly valued their sites are.

The generated website evalutions are worked out by pagerank, alexa ranking, backlinks, indexed links, etc..
If you want a more accurate valuation you should get a real person to do it for you. They may charge 🙂

@OP, You can never trust these online site value calculators, they will all be wrong. It all depends on what the person thinks of your site and what they may think they can do with it. Some person may see facebook as totally pointless..Some may see it as billions of dollars.
It's like this...A young teen will use facebook more then a 95 yr old person, correct? It's basically the same concept when trying to sell your site or trying to get a value tag on it.

Of course this is fake, but sometimes is good to know where your forum is at. Not only does it show your site value (which is fake) it also shows you some ranking depending on which site value checker you to go.
