Use a FTP client or file manager to upload the files to your host.

A good file manager to use is File Zilla. Just upload the files to your webhost, and then it will be displayed on your domain.

Use FileZilla or use SmartFTP. If you don't want to download those clients, go to http://01ftp.com because it is an online FTP client.
