Uptime and Reliability Site5 has 309 servers which you can observe here: http://www.site5.com/support/current-status/ from this it is quite hard to overall say how the uptime and reliability is overall, but I can give you my experiences with the server: S19-dallas and S6-dallas which I have websites on.
S19-dallas has in the past couple months had a lot of downtime mostly due to the potential of there being corrupt files on the server, this just meant they took the server offline, did their thing and then put it back online. They do this at the most quietest point in the day usually, which is extremely helpful and it usually doesn't last too long. Other than that they have great uptime.
With both servers though (this next part could be anything from my problem to a problem down the line of connecting to the server) can sometimes be really quick, loading my website almost instantly and can sometimes take a little longer. This is probably because of it being a shared server, but other than that they have great uptime and reliability.
Technical Support I have never had to use technical support personally.
Customer Support The customer support is really great and I recently used them to get a $140 refund (as it was within the 45 day period) and by the time I had requested this to happen, I had the money back in my back account within two days which is great, considering this was a couple days ago and on the lead up to Christmas!
Pros:
Server can sometimes be taken offline for reasons, but you still are within the 99.99% uptime guarantee with ease!
