Cause it has almost no content, and the theme looks a bit classy 😛 That was the main reason!

- domain isn't that great
- theme is decent at best

Reg. price for domain. Anyone could buy that, set up their own forum, install an equally good if not better theme and have your content added in a matter of a few hours.

I agree.

If you're just making it to sell it, then I'd recommend making sure you get plenty of content first.

Honestly, I would value it at less then the cost of the domain as I know how you came up with most of those descriptions and "unique" services. Not going to go into detail about that though.
