Sites that help with Site Creation/Management

When I had a website/forum, I had found 3 sites about planning a website, creating a website, and discussing website creation with others.

I found it very helpful and it really complimented this site very well.

What does one think of these sites in helping them with their site creation and management?

Does anybody use these sites for reference?

I used these sites prior to my giving up on website creation but I figured that these sites could help others too.

I hope they don't compete w/ FP.

Maybe, but at least the sites' creator made an effort to put it all in one place for us. That's why I like/admire these sites.

There's another link that helps with site building, but I don't know the link off hand. It's different from the links above. The links above are all owned by the same person, but the other site has a different owner, but I don't remember the site name/url.
