I'm looking to buy some sites with income. I prefer blogs and static websites over forums, however, if the right forum with the right content and memberbase comes along, I would happily make a suitable offer.
Please note, I am looking for sites with an established income. You will be required to provide traffic stats as well as proof of your earnings before an offer will be made.
I am not looking to buy new forums with a few hundred posts and low activity. If I buy a forum, I would expect it to have at least 10,000 posts and regular daily activity. Blogs & static sites are different, I will consider a purchase of almost any site with good traffic and some income. :yes:
