I am speaking of things like Nordic Track etc.. Well, at my gym, the simulator isn't strong enough for my fitness level. So what I do is manually put it on the hardest level for 20 or 30 minutes and then lower it to the hardest interval available. Anyway, that does the job.
Anyhow, I love jogging as much - but the ski simulator is more time efficient - but of course, the problem is boredom - so I might go over math equations, anything in my mind.
