Have any of you shown signs of potentially doing stuff in your sleep? I recently had an event that made me wonder of I looked at my phone while I was asleep, as a message I got on Discord, I don't remember reading, but was sent to me when I was in bed.
I haven't still understood the idea of sleepwalking or doing anything in your sleep. It always seems absurd to me. I am fully awake before carrying out any activity.
When I was in my teens I used to sleepwalk every night and cook fries in the pan, This went on for weeks until my mother hid the pans and the fries, apparently, I stopped after that.
