Sleep with a window open?

Do you ever sleep with a window open?

I don't. I don't feel safe doing that of a night. I want everything locked down with my gun next to me. At least if the intruder breaks the window getting in. I'll hear it. But if it's open, they can slide in nice and quiet.

If it's a warm night then yes, if it's so cold then no.

We sometimes open our windows so we don't have to have the air conditioning on when it's cool outside. We live in the country and have a 2 story house so no one is going to break in our bedroom windows. The problem with the country is you get to hear the animals scream as they get killed by predators 🙁 and that's not fun to wake up to.

I don't. I'm a light sleeper & wake easily. I have an AC unit I use as a fan for the loud white noise. The fan part is blocked because I don't like air blowing on me lol
I'm like @Lämmchen. We live rural, on 10 acres of woods. Many creatures are here & at different times of the season, it can get quite vocal out there.

It can be quite vocal across the street because there people constantly coming and going. One reason why I keep my window closed.

Definitely closed, where I live we use A/C so would be quite pointless to have my A/C on and open the window.
