How much sleep is enough? How much do you get? Do you get enough sleep?
 
The answer to "how much sleep is enough" depends on the person. Some people only need 7-8 hours of sleep, while others may only need a few hours.

As for me, I have a bad insomnia problem. Some nights I don't even get sleep at all.
 
I need at least 4 hours a night, but I never get that much. Normally only get 2 or 3 hours. I can never get to sleep.
 
8 Hours is what has been said, but scientifically said; you only need 6 hours to operate to the fullest.
 
Lately I have been having around 10-11 hours sleep but usually it's 7 or 8. Had 5 this morning but was because I had work very early.
 
7 hours is sufficient for me, as long as i've been getting around 7 hours regularly. I sometimes nap during the day if i have the time 🙂
 
I need a lot of sleep, and rarely feel like I've had enough. I guess on average I manage seven hours, whereas in reality I would prefer at least ten.
 
I should be asleep now.

I usually get around 6-8, then lie in bed wishing I was still asleep for a few more.

I would say between 4 to 8 hours sleep is enough.

I normally have about 4 to 6 hours sleep each day at the moment.

Do you get enough sleep?
Well I don't sleep much at night, but do sleep during the morning these days.
