Anyone here have trouble sleeping? If so, how do you deal with it? Not really suffering from insomnia, but occasionally having troubles getting some nice shuteye.
A little toking ought to do the trick, although be warned it can be considered a waste, oh and not advocating drug use or anything like that just saying that could work from what Ive heard, yada yada.
I don't really have sleeping problems. If you guys have it, the best thing to do would be to get yourself relax. Depends on what thing can make you relax. Maybe calm music, or counting sheep; just don't think too much. XD
I do have sleeping problems a lot and usually I read. Reading gets you sleepy fast because your eyes move a lot! You get tired and just want to close them. 😀
Go to bed really late, get up really early and try to maintain a healthy sleeping pattern. It usually works. If you can't help yourself though a hot shower before sleep, sleeping with music and not drinking/eating right before bed will help. 🙂
