@Gamos
Do you have blinds? I ask because if you do, then you might have this little white bar thing that holds them up. You can throw an extra blanket up there by tieing the end around that bar, and trust me, it blocks the sun pretty well assuming it's thick enough ~razz~
I get around 6-8-10 hours of sleep, depends on what day it is. 🙂
I used to be a deep sleeper and couldn't get awake from anything except my alarm clock. But now, I tend to get awake by stuff much more than before. It's not fun. I also noticed that I'm sleeping much better though.
I'm always tired though, even if I slept enough. :/
I usually get 7/8 hours of sleep a night. I'm a light sleeper, but sometimes I am a deep sleeper, like if I've been really tired. It's pretty easy for me to get to sleep some nights, but some nights I either can't sleep, or I don't feel like I want to sleep.
I usually get about 7 hours of sleep, about the same or sometimes less on the weekends, cause I go to bed anywhere between 3-5 AM, and then wake up around 10 AM. I sleep very deep, it's hard for others to get me up, while it's much easier to get myself up. I go to sleep pretty fast, maybe 30 minutes. And I can get up at 6 AM and stay up till 5 AM.
i fall asleep around 5-7 and wake up for work around 8. And MhW, i dont sleep with socks unless i go to bed right after a looooong day. but i have a light sleep pattern cause i have sleep disorders. but eh, o well 😛
How much sleep do you get per night?
Depending on what i'm up to its normally between 3hours and 8hours sleep.
Are you a light sleeper or a deep sleeper?
Deep Sleeper as evidenced by having someone end up sleeping on top of me one night on a camp with the scouts and I didn't notice until the morning when he woke up.
What are you sleep patterns like?
Varied as sometimes i'm up until 3am doing stuff, othertimes I go off to sleep at 9pm.
Do you feel the effects of not getting enough sleep?
Surprisingly no, as i've found that the less sleep I get, the more aware of stuff I am, which is useful.
Do you find it easy to get to sleep or do you need music or another background sound to help settle you down?
I am normally an easy sleeper.
