Small Background image (100 FP)

I need a fav bar image to replace the current nav bar at the URL mentioned below.

Type of Graphic:Background Image
Size in pixels:35 pixels high and it must be able to be repeated in a pattern to be 1,000 pixels wide and still look good.
Type of payment:100 FP cash (it can be as small as 50 pixels wide, but the fancier the better).

Colour scheme:Matching with the site design.
