Number of Members: 26 - Poor, not many members, but i'm sure you'll grow over time.
Number of Active Members: 2 - OK, there was 2 guests online when i visited, 1 of those were me, so really only 1 person. Try promoting your forum on other promotion forums/sites to gain more visitors and members.
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise): 221 - OK, thats an ok number of posts, but there is room for improvement. As you get more members, the post count will grow, dont worry.
Appearance (first impressions): Very good - Your forum looks very professional and i love the theme/style and banner, good work.
Layout: Good - Standard forum layout, which is good.
Moderation: OK - Not that many members for me to judge the staff's actions on, but its looks OK..
Activity: OK - your post count is ok for the amount of members you have, its about 1 post per member, but seing as you have posted 45% of your forum, its much less than that.
Overall mark (out of 100): 45 - I suggest promoting your site on other promotion forums and getting into search engines if it isnt already, this will get you more members, posts and customers. Also try adding a portal/main page as just a forum doesent look very good.
