SMF package help...

I'm trying to get the SMF chess MOD on my site. If I go here, and install it manually, will it work? I'm using SMF 2.0 RC3 but it's only compatible with 1.1.6. will this work?

No it will not work.

The structure of 1.1.x and 2.0.x are very different. You can pm the author about updating it though.

If you had like a 1.1.10, the 1.1.6 mod will work, however. I don't recommend you downgrade at this point, though.

You can probably pm the author to update it. Orrr if it is open source or free software ask someone to update it.

The smf community would be more then happy to.
