Smoothies or Shakes?

Both are too fattening 😀 I would prefer a shake over a smoothie though if given the option.
 
I make a chocolate shake every morning with frozen bananas, almond butter, cocoa powder, stevia. Been doing that for 15 some years. Used to make it with homemade soy milk & ice but the frozen bananas give it the 'ice cream' consistency. Smoothies can be healthy. The key is to use real ingredients, don't have added sugar.
 
I love ice cream, so I always have shakes. That's probably not the healthiest thing to do, but what can I say? 😀
