Yes, this good bye is permanent this time. I am leaving Forum Promotion, because really, it's just been too much... too many members acting immature, staff going on as a "do as I say, not as I do" basis. It's all getting really old really fast, and I have seriously had enough of it. Yes, I do understand that this is a big member base, but it seems we have too many people who don't know how to act their ages. So, so long, and good luck to everyone with their future endeavors. Personally, with the way things are going downhill here, I wouldn't be surprised if I got banned, and I personally don't care if I do or not. Yes, I know all sites go through a phase where everyone acts downright rowdy, but the line has to be drawn somewhere. I would like to say some personal farewells, though:
MissTake: You were and are an awesome moderator. You've always given me excellent advice and you know how to keep your head screwed on straight in a crises. There aren't too many staffers out there that are good at this. But you do an awesome job of taking each situation one step at a time. I swear, on a big forum like this, I wouldn't be able to keep my cool for half a second; I'd be performing an action without thinking about what I was doing, and usually it would most likely be something I'd later regret.
Fowler: Man, words can never express how grateful I am for all the help you've given me during the last three years. I've always enjoyed visiting with you via PM after asking a question or reporting a problem. Really, pal, you were just an overall great guy to be around, and I enjoyed our PM convos. I may have had a bad habit of opening and closing forums, but no matter how pissed I got with all the negative responses, you were always supportive throughout the whole ordeal, and I thank you for that. When I was in my open/shut stage, you were always there to help out, cheer me on despite my many spills, and you always gave awesome advice. I don't think there's any other admin out there that would have been half as patient with me as you are. If this, or any other forum, were more strict, I'd probably be banned for my problem faster than a person can blink! So really, I sincerly thank you for all the help you've given me all that time, and for being patient with me when any other admin would've just given me the boot for doing my habit.
Snobo: Another awesome moderator. You were also fun to chat with on PMs when I reported a problem or commented on a post that was already locked. I forgot to mention that I will reregister on Lifeless eventually, as I loved your forum the first time around and I'll happily be a member there once again.
Fergal: Another really good administrator right here! Always patient, never got sore at me for making the stupidest decisions ever, you were always there for me every step of the way.
